This role is essential in supporting our recruitment process and ensuring that our candidates have a smooth and efficient experience.

While we work across all industries, our specialization lies in recruitment and talent management for the Automotive and Engineering, Driving and Industrial, Hospitality, and Professional and Executive sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting Potential Candidates Details: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting the details of potential candidates. This includes their contact information, work history, qualifications, and any other relevant information.
Outbound calling potential candidates for live job roles, this can include from inbound applications and sourcing candidates on job boards and social media sites.
Making a high volume of calls on a daily basis to ensure all potential candidates are called.
Document Verification: You will be required to collect and file copies of candidates’ right to work documents and other necessary details. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Data Input: Using our in-house system, you will input the candidate data collected accurately and efficiently. This will help streamline the recruitment process and enable easy retrieval of candidate information when required.
Job Advertisement: You will be responsible for advertising job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms. Writing captivating job descriptions and using relevant keywords will help attract a wider pool of candidates.
Answering Incoming Calls: As the first point of contact for potential candidates, you will handle incoming calls, providing information about job vacancies, and answering general inquiries. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
Branch Support: In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also support the branch in various areas as required. This may include assisting with candidate interviews, coordinating recruitment events, or helping with administrative tasks.
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using computer systems and data entry
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Previous experience in recruitment or administration is preferred but not essential
