Our client in Andover is looking for a Project Administrator on a temporary the permanent basis, the role will ideally be starting immediately.

The role will include working closely with the project and operations manager and carrying out day to day admin duties.

Duties

Action any incoming calls
Maintain project orders and price files
Create quotations
Assist clients with queries
Generate work orders in a professional manor
Follow up any outstanding quotes
Keep clients in the loop at all times
Customer complaint handling
Work with the sales and operations manager
Updating spreadsheets and various other admin tasks
Other duties where required
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

Salary: £23,000 P/A

Requirements

Experience within a similar role
Sales administration experience
Able to manage own workload and work to strict timescales
