We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer located at our incredible Andover branch.

On a day to day basis you’ll be responsible for contacting candidates and taking them through the recruitment journey. Guiding them as they take their first potential steps into a new career!

Some of your responsibilities:

Outbound calling candidates from job boards
Making a high volumes of outbound calls per day
Calling inbound applications
Registering/Interviewing potential candidates
Data input on company spreadsheets
Various admin tasks

You’ll work Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 out of our Andover office.

About you:

Comfortable making a high volume of calls per day
Have an excellent telephone manor
Good knowledge of excel and other computer programmes
