Fleet Administrator

Our client located in Bicester are looking for a AM Fleet Administrator to join their busy transport office. This opportunity is a temporary position but can lead to permanent after 12 weeks.

Duties :

  • Working between the warehouse and the site yard.
  • Checking vehicles for any damage or defects.
  • Maintaining reports and updating logs with vehicle defects
  • Producing documentation and letters.
  • Liaising with drivers to prepare their route paperwork and hand the correct vehicle keys.
  • Using a handheld device to update logs
  • Helping in yard – moving vehicles.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience working within a transport office required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competent with IT software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence

Key information;

  • Monday to Friday 05:00am – 13:30pm
  • £457.60 per week (first 12 weeks)
  • £524 per week (from week 13)
  • Free parking
