Our client located in Bicester are looking for a AM Fleet Administrator to join their busy transport office. This opportunity is a temporary position but can lead to permanent after 12 weeks.
Duties :
- Working between the warehouse and the site yard.
- Checking vehicles for any damage or defects.
- Maintaining reports and updating logs with vehicle defects
- Producing documentation and letters.
- Liaising with drivers to prepare their route paperwork and hand the correct vehicle keys.
- Using a handheld device to update logs
- Helping in yard – moving vehicles.
Requirements :
- Previous experience working within a transport office required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent with IT software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
Key information;
- Monday to Friday 05:00am – 13:30pm
- £457.60 per week (first 12 weeks)
- £524 per week (from week 13)
- Free parking
