Are you an experienced automotive technician looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work with a leading automotive company? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

As a Group Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Carbase locations in Avonmouth and across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering expert technical support, performing routine servicing and basic maintenance tasks, diagnosing complex vehicular issues, and collaborating with local teams.


Mobile Service Delivery: As a Group Master Technician, you will proactively travel across Site locations, responding to the dynamic needs of the business and ensuring all locations receive expert support.

Routine Servicing: You will become the go-to expert for basic maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, brake checks, fluid top-ups, tire rotations, and more.

Advanced Diagnosis: You will harness the power of state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, combined with your expertise, to identify and rectify vehicular issues swiftly and effectively.

Complex Repairs & Maintenance: Dive into the intricacies of automotive care, handling everything from cambelt replacements to full engine overhauls with precision and care.

Team Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with local teams across sites. Your knowledge-sharing and mentorship will elevate the capabilities of our entire technical crew.

Continuous Learning: Embrace the ever-evolving world of automotive technology. Regularly update your skills and knowledge, ensuring the client remains at the forefront of the industry.

Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction: Your work will directly influence our customers’ trust and satisfaction, making it paramount to maintain the highest standards of service and safety.


  • Proven experience as a master technician or in a similar senior technical role.
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Contract and Compensation:

  • Contract: Full-time and Permanent.
  • Salary: £35,000 – £43,000 per year.
  • Company Van provided.
