What you’ll be doing:
- Handling and sorting waste materials safely, including chemicals and paints
- Loading and unloading heavy items using manual handling techniques
- Maintaining a clean, organised yard area to meet health and safety standards
- Assisting with chemical detailing and ensuring hazardous materials are handled correctly
- Working with the team to meet daily operational targets and reporting any hazards promptly
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in waste management, industrial cleaning or similar physical roles preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow health and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail when handling hazardous materials
- Reliable, punctual and positive attitude
- Available Monday to Thursday, 06:00 – 17:00
