Join a fast-moving, chilled warehouse operation where accuracy and teamwork matter. Our client, a leading logistics business, is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their early shift team in Avonmouth. You’ll work 40 hours a week, across any 5 days from 7 (including weekends), with your rota provided well in advance.
You’ll be working 06:00–14:00, earning £12.30 per hour (£492/week) rising to £13.55 after 12 weeks.
Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates – between £17.66 and £18.91 per hour.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be part of a chilled team (literally), making sure orders are picked, packed, and ready to go.
· Pick orders using a handheld scanner
· Ensure accurate quantities and top-quality standards
· Pack items safely and correctly for dispatch
· Hit deadlines and keep to daily targets
· Keep your area clean and follow all health & safety rules
· Help with stock takes and restocking when needed
What you’ll need:
· Warehouse experience (order picking preferred)
· Able to work in chilled conditions
· Great attention to detail
· A team player mindset and solid communication skills
· Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
