Key Responsibilities:
- Collect recycling waste efficiently and safely from approximately 700 residential properties daily
- Operate and assist with waste collection vehicles, ensuring correct handling of materials
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude representing the company in the community
- Collaborate closely with your team to meet daily collection targets and ensure smooth operations
- Report any issues with collections or equipment promptly to supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in refuse collection or similar roles is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts and thrive outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
