Your Role:
- Daily Vehicle Inspections: Perform comprehensive daily checks to ensure your HGV Class 2 vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
- Route Planning: Strategically plan your routes to guarantee timely deliveries and collections, optimizing productivity while adhering to schedules.
- Check-In/Check-Out System: Employ the company’s check-in/check-out system for precise tracking and documentation of deliveries and returns.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, signed, and filed correctly upon delivery or collection. Maintain records of delivery notes, invoices, and customer feedback for future reference.
- Customer Service: Provide stellar customer service by communicating effectively with store personnel, addressing and resolving any queries or issues professionally and promptly. Cultivate positive relationships with customers to bolster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all pertinent health and safety regulations, including the safe handling and transportation of goods. Report any incidents, accidents, or near-misses immediately to foster a safe working environment for all team members.

What You’ll Need:
- Full UK HGV Class 2 Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Valid UK CPC and UK Digi Tacho cards.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and a solid understanding of EU driving regulations.
- Comfort in working early shifts and the ability to work independently.
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
