What you’ll be doing:
- Sorting parcels accurately into the correct zones to meet daily targets
- Picking and packing parcels with care and efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Reporting any issues promptly to supervisors
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have your own reliable transport to the Bristol (Severn Beach) site
- Be available to work full time, 5 out of 7 days (no part-time options)
- Have experience in parcel sorting, picking, or logistics (preferred)
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
