Working Hours:
- Start bright and early at 03:00 am
- 8-9 hours per shift
- Committed 5-day workweek on a 4-week rotating schedule
Your Responsibilities:
- Rise with the sun and complete 40-50 local multi-drop deliveries within Swansea, Bridgend, and Port Talbot—no long-distance hauls
- Attention to Detail: Your precision ensures accurate deliveries and flawless documentation
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle challenges head-on, adapting quickly to changes and finding solutions independently
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Represent our client with a professional and friendly demeanour. Use your top-notch communication skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and maintain our client’s esteemed reputation
- Conduct Vehicle Checks: Start each day with vehicle inspections to keep everything in excellent condition, reporting issues promptly to maintain safety standards
- Ensure Compliance with Traffic Laws: Maintain a strict adherence to traffic laws, ensuring the safety of yourself and others as you deliver
Requirements:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence with no major infractions (max 6 points)
- Proven experience in multi-drop delivery—Ian’s done it, and so should you
- Strong comprehension of Swansea’s roads (because nobody likes to take the scenic route too frequently)
- Must have experience driving a long wheelbase van to effectively manage multi-drop delivery demands
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
