Accounts Team Member

We are currently looking for an accounts team member for our client located in the Brockworth area.

This will be a temporary to permanent contract for the suitable candidate.

Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge bank of customer and product information
  • Ensure all deadlines are met in time
  • Effective query resolution (Covering price & delivery claims)
  • Day to day communication with LRS Stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Candidate will need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have an efficient,
  • proactive, positive approach.
  • Hard working individual with a good work ethic
  • Flexible approach to working patterns
  • Willingness to go the extra mile

Pay;

  • £11.44 Per Hour

This role will require you to work on a Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 shift. Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in the business.  The candidate must be able to respond appropriately to customer requirements and get tasks done to the required standard. This role will be based in Brockworth, Gloucester and the candidate will be reporting to the Channel Team Leader.
