Our client in Cirencester is looking for an Administrator to join their successful team. This opportunity offers a temporary contract with a chance to go permanent for the suitable candidate.

Duties  

  • Supporting the order process administrator and installation coordinator in varies duties.
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence e.g., emails, letters, packages etc.
  • Business and customer administration
  • Dealing with service calls
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, sub-contractors, and staff
  • Creating and updating records in our databases
  • Site team support – booking hotels etc

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with customers in an orderly and professional manger resulting in a satisfactory resolution.
  • PC Literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • Highly motivated individual with a good work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and effectively

Pay 

  • £20,000 to £21,000 Per Annum

Our clients are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and a desire to improve the efficiency of our office workload. We offer various shifts however we are flexible on hours and are willing to consider a work pattern that would be suitable to the successful candidate.
