Our client in Cirencester is looking for an Installation Coordinator to join their successful team. This opportunity offers a temporary contract with a chance to go permanent for the suitable candidate.

Duties

  • Checking surveyed details, fitting days and book in any additional labour required to support installation
  • Liaise with customers to confirm installation dates
  • Manage Installation diary
  • Accurately adapting schedules when necessary to best serve our workflow
  • Support the order processing administrator when required to do so.
  • Support the wider needs of the business when necessary

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with customers in an orderly and professional manner resulting in satisfactory resolution
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful
  • Highly motivated, upbeat, and passionate
  • IT Literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages

Pay 

  • £20,000 to £25,000 Per Annum

Our clients are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and a desire to improve the efficiency of our office workload. We offer various shifts however we are flexible on hours and are willing to consider a work pattern that would be suitable to the successful candidate.
