What We Offer:
- £12.21 per hour (£488 per week based on 40 hours).
- Night shift premium of £15.01/hr (between 22:00 and 06:00) – rate apply after 12 weeks.
- 22:50 – 08:30 (Night shift).
- Usually 3-5 shifts per week, providing work-life balance.
- Immediate start with ongoing assignments and the chance for permanent employment.
Role Requirements and Duties:
- Sorting parcels accurately by postcode.
- Unloading lorries and loading vans as needed.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and physically able to handle repetitive movements and occasional heavy lifting.
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Good English language skills and computer literacy to maintain focus and efficiency.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
