Hours: 15:00–23:30 (approximate finish)
Pay: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for friendly, experienced bar staff to serve drinks and keep the party going at Ragley Hall. If you’re enthusiastic, love working in a lively team, and have bar experience, this is the perfect event role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Work as part of a set team on a set station (Front of House, Drinks Maker, or Pint Puller)
- Take orders, process payments, and hand drinks to guests
- Make drinks—pouring spirits, mixers, shots, champagne, wine, and basic cocktails
- Pour pints and change barrels as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need:
- Previous bar experience
- Friendly, welcoming personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
