Job Summary:
- As an experienced Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in the seamless flow of our warehouse operations, particularly involving the handling of high-value white goods like refrigerators.
- This position requires a precise and safety-conscious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer ad-hoc stock movements as and when necessary, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the Warehouse Management System (WMS), as well as supporting investigations to monitor and rectify any stock issues; replenishment/putaway, inbound/outbound errors etc.
- Creation and accurate archiving of any necessary paperwork for all warehouse operations. Ensuring necessary recording of data in compliance any contractual requirement.
- Maintain proper systemic movements with regards to quarantining stock for grading/damage assessment.
- Maintain external communications in line with GDPR policy when handling sensitive personal data i.e. driving licenses, customer addresses etc.
- Assist with other clerical and operational duties as and when required, providing support across various functions within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team to ensure service is achieved efficiently, resolving any issues in a safe and timely fashion.
- Maintain and log WMS issues, hardware issues, and logging of calls to 3rd party platform providers, ensuring all problems are tracked and resolved promptly.
- Support investigations to monitor and rectify any stock issues, including replenishment/putaway, inbound/outbound errors, etc.
- Ensure proper administrative triaging of reverse logistics in line with WMS stock files, including customer returns and return to sender (RTS).
- Attend all training programmes provided in line with the needs of the role and the scope of the business.
- Maintain external communications in line with GDPR policy when handling sensitive personal data, such as driving licences and customer addresses.
- Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and improvement when operating to food standards. Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance understanding of food standards and implement best practices in your work.

Hours of Work:
- Sunday to Thursday Rotational Shifts
- 06:00-14:00 one week, 14:00-22:00 the following week
- Sunday hours are 08:00-16:00 for the AM shift, and 13:00-21:00 for the PM shift
