This Merge Planner / Admin role offers a fantastic opportunity to coordinate logistics, support multiple departments, and ensure smooth operations during the PM shift. You’ll be central to planning inbound trailers, managing damages, and providing essential admin support in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule all inbound trailers to ensure timely processing
  • Manage records of damages and on-hold stock, including reboxing when needed
  • Handle calls and emails from internal and external customers, meeting SLA targets
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports for management and operations
  • Organise paperwork for outbound shipments and maintain weekly production files
  • Liaise effectively with departments to resolve issues and optimise workflow
  • Undertake additional admin duties as required, demonstrating flexibility

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong office administration skills with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Confident use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional, precise, and customer-focused communication skills
