Transport Planner – Hinckley

Pay: £12.87 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 15:30–00:00

Are you highly organised and confident in planning and administration? Join Aligra’s client as a Transport Planner in Hinckley and play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient logistics operations.
What you’ll do:
- Plan all inbound trailers for efficient processing
- Manage damaged goods and items on hold, including reboxing
- Handle calls and emails from internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Complete and send daily/weekly reports and prepare paperwork for outbound loads
- Liaise with other departments daily to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain weekly production files in line with operations
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
What you’ll need:
- Strong reliability and follow-through
- Excellent office admin skills, with good Excel knowledge
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional approach and attention to detail
