What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the regional civil engineering team
• Design infrastructure for new developments (roads, drainage, SuDS, S278)
• Produce models, drawings, calculations, and reports using CAD and design software
• Manage project delivery, client liaison, budgeting, and admin
• Organise and attend public consultation events and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare and submit designs for third-party approvals
• Collaborate across Aligra offices to deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in infrastructure design (roads, drainage, SuDS, S278)
• Proficiency with CAD, design software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong project management and client-facing skills
• Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and site safety (CSCS card)
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to travel to sites and meetings
