Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 driver looking to progress your career in the waste industry? Our client is seeking reliable and motivated drivers to join their friendly team operating RCV, Roro, and Skip vehicles across the Northampton area. This role offers predictable early shifts, a supportive environment, and the chance to work with a variety of vehicle types.

Your key responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 2 HGV vehicles to complete waste collections
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
• Load and unload refuse containers efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of routes and collections
• Adhere to all traffic and health & safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with depot and team members

What we’re looking for:

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence with a clean driving record
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with RCV, Roro, or Skip operations advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Commitment to safety at all times
