Key Responsibilities:
Route Planning and Deliveries:
- Utilise our sophisticated route planning system to efficiently manage between 4-7 drops per day.
- Ensure timely deliveries while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and route changes to optimise delivery efficiency.
Vehicle Management:
- Conduct comprehensive daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your HGV Class 2 vehicle to guarantee it’s in impeccable condition.
- Promptly report any issues or maintenance needs to the support team to ensure seamless vehicle operation.
Customer Interaction:
- Forge and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Address and resolve client concerns or queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all deliveries and pick-ups.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety and traffic regulations, including adherence to legal driving hours and EU driving laws.
Shifts and pay:
- ADHOC shift
- £13.61 per hour
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience:
- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience is essential.

Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Minimum of 2 years of HGV Class 2 driving experience.
- Valid UK CPC and UK Digi Tacho cards.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
