Exciting Opportunity for HGV Class 1 Drivers in Southam!

Position Details:
- Pay Rate: £15.90 per hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 5am to 5pm
- Location: Southam
- Perks: Your own truck, with the possibility of overnight stays as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Planning and Deliveries: Utilise our advanced route planning system to deliver between 4-7 drops per day efficiently. Ensure all deliveries are made on time, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Management: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your truck to ensure it is in perfect working condition. Promptly report any issues or required maintenance to the support team.
- Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous. Address any client concerns or queries promptly and effectively.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries and pick-ups. Ensure compliance with all safety and traffic regulations, including adherence to legal driving hours.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience is essential. Wagon and drag experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Professional Approach: A dynamic and professional demeanor, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members.
- Organisational Abilities: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
