Aligra Melksham
We are pleased to be offering HGV1 night trunk shifts on behalf of our client in the Melksham area which would be perfect for an experienced driver looking for additional work.
The role will be starting immediately and will have various shifts available for the right candidate.
If you have worked at contracts such as Pallex or Wavin Plastics, this could be perfect for you!
Duties:
Trunking shifts to pallet hubs across the country
Completing daily safety checks on vehicles
Strapping of loads to lorry to ensure safety when driving
Requirements:
Previous experience in HGV1 night driving is essential
Previous use of a tail-lift, curtain side deliveries and strapping loads.
Safety Shoes and Hi-Viz required for work
Pay: HGV1 (Days) – £16.00 to £17.00
Hours of work: 17:00 to 19:00 (approx 10 hour shifts)
This position will involve working day shifts on either an ad-hoc or regular basis, which can be 1-5 shifts per week.
