We are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to work for our highly respected client based in Sharpness.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse
Job Duties:
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Entering and updating information in inventory management systems or spreadsheets.
- Managing and organizing various warehouse-related documents, such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, including verifying receipts, preparing shipping labels, and organizing transportation logistics.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams to coordinate order fulfilment, resolve inquiries and provide status updates.
- Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team, such as managing documentation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems
Requirements;
- Previous experience in warehouse administration preferred however not essential
- Ability to pay close attention to detail in order to accurately process orders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time in fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills
Pay;
- £12.79 per hour between 14:00 – 19:00
- £15.99 per hour between 19:00 – 22:30
Shift;
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 – 22:30
