Flexi/Bendi Forklift Driver

We’re recruiting Flexi/Bendi Forklift Drivers for an Afternoon Shift with a leading automotive manufacturer in Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, excellent earning potential and a clear shift pattern!

You’ll be an essential part of a high-performing warehouse team, working in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.

Static Shift Available:

• 14:00pm – 22:00pm start
• Monday to Friday
• 39hrs per week

Pay Rate:

• £16.05 per hour

Duties Required:

• Operated FLT to pick, pack, load, and unload products and materials.
• Moved and stacked stock for storage or shipment, ensuring safe transport to production areas.
• Inspected and maintained machinery, reporting damages and deficiencies as required.
• Completed inventory checks, activity logs, and associated paperwork.
• Ensured compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and maintained a clean, orderly workspace.
• Parked and secured all vehicles at the end of each shift.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Flexi/Bendi Forklift Licence required.
• Previous experience working in a Production or Warehouse environment is required.
• Physically fit due to nature of work.
