Location: Enfield

Salary: £40,000 basic plus uncapped bonus

Shift types: Monday to Friday, plus optional weekend overtime is regularly available!

The Role:

• If you have experience in painting, panel and MET experience, and are looking for a new challenge for great earning potential then we would love to hear from you!
• Being mobile you’ll be on the road each day visiting private and business customers alike to perform high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs in your own personalised mobile workshop. All with the full support of a team that’s built around you.
• If you don’t have an IMI accreditation, don’t worry, as there will be opportunities for you to work towards a Cosmetic Repair IMI Accreditation.

Additional Information:

Paint scheme: Sikkens water-based
Van: Vauxhall Vivaro/Mercedes Sprinters
Gazebo: Metal Framed Gazebo (3×3 or 3×4.5)
Dent-pulling equipment: GYS + Keco glue kit
Typical work type (varies by area): 80% insurance and fleet, 10% retail, 10% dealership and trade.

About you:

• Good knowledge and application of fillers
• Good knowledge and use of pin-pulling equipment
• Willingness to work long hours where necessary
• 2 years of painting, panel and light MET experience
• 1 year mobile repair experience
• Be confident in painting large jobs and be able to make accurate blends
• A self-motivated individual; able to work on their initiative and with great attention to detail
• Customer Service skills
• Prepared to travel daily and happy being outdoors

The bonus scheme pays technicians 35% of the sales exceeding the monthly revenue target. Technicians are expected to earn £24k per annum on top of their basic salary, with top performers earning £30k per year. This takes the total combined annual OTE to £64,000 to £70,000.
