Our client based in Hermitage, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Landscaper to join their dedicated team.

Pay:
- £26,000 to £32,000 per annum
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
Key duties include:
- Landscaping Tasks: Perform a range of tasks, including grass cutting, weeding, planting, pruning, and general maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Routine Grounds Maintenance: Carry out general maintenance duties such as grass cutting, weeding, and ensuring that all garden areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently on each site.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients when necessary to ensure that expectations are met and offer excellent customer service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Enhanced DBS Check: A current enhanced DBS check is beneficial.
- A valid UK Full Driving License is essential, and you will need your own transport to commute to the yard, which is located in a rural area.
- CSCS Card: A valid CSCS Card is beneficial for this role.
- Proven experience in landscaping or similar roles, with the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience is advantageous.
