We are currently seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our clients based in the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established haulage company, delivering goods safely and efficiently across various locations.
Pay:
- From £16.00 per hour
Shift:
- Day Shift & Night Shift Available
- Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods safely and efficiently to specified locations
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards
- Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
- Complying with all relevant driving regulations and company policies
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections
- Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- At least 1 year previous driving experience
