Sales Administrator

Our client in Swindon is looking for a Sales Administrator. This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment, there will be permanent opportunities for workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic. The role will be starting immediately


  • Work in reception area and welcome visitors
  • Support the business in all aspects of the sales and delivery functions
  • Call customers and secure orders in line with established targets
  • Process all orders and add them on to the production plan
  • Assist in the formulation of delivery schedules to meet the customer deadlines
  • Raise invoices, process payments from customers and chase unpaid invoices


  • Previous sales experience with a passion for quality and standards preferred
  • An organized individual with a good eye for detail
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent communication skills


  • £10.50 Per Hour


  • Tuesday – 07:00 to 15:00
  • Wednesday to Friday – 07:30 to 15:30
  • Saturday – 07:00 to 11:00

Our client is looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with accomplished IT skills. They require you to also be highly organized and have a good attention to detail. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the site on some days as a key holder. The successful candidate should be able to accept deliveries and be accountable for safe storage and checking accuracy of the delivery notes.
