Aligra Swindon
We have an immediate opportunity available within Great Western Hospital, Swindon, to support their helpdesk / switchboard.
This role will be primarily phone based, with occasional reception cover required.
Your role will be to provide a timely and effective 24 hr switchboard/Helpdesk & emergency service to clients contacting the hospital, delivering exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients contacting the hospital
- Answering incoming calls and emails and resolving queries in a timely and effective manner
- Escalating situations in any required situation or emergency
- Liaising with other departments within the hospital to ensure that all queries are resolved
- Providing guidance and advice to clients
- Ensuring that all client information is kept confidential and secure
Requirements:
- A good telephone manner requires fluent English.
- Understanding and empathy in difficult situations
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Shift Timings
- 4 on 4 off – 06:00 – 14:00
Pay
- £11.44 Per Hour
