We have an immediate opportunity available to join our client as a warehouse administrator.
This position will start following successful interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with incoming queries either by phone, email and provide appropriate responses to customers
- Manage and distribute incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the relevant department or individual
- Creation of operational reports upon request for management teams and customers
- Carry out general administrative duties, supporting the company’s operations
- Liaise with operational management on all aspects of inventory control to make informed decisions and maximize order utilisation
- Produce and check daily report for all customers ensuring accurate and timely information provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration
- Computer literate (comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in using JDA or BlueYonder WMS Systems
Shift Timings
- Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00
- Successful candidates are asked to be flexible to cover holiday when required on other shifts (06:00-14:00/08:00-16:00)
Pay
- £11.50 per hour
