We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in Swindon on a permanent basis.
Immediate start upon completion of a successful interview
Duties;
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that they may have.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to all emails.
- Ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with general administrative duties when required
Requirements;
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritise a varied workload
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer service / similar role is desirable but no essential.
Pay;
- £25,400 per year
Shifts;
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30AM – 16:30PM
