Our client based in Swindon are looking for a Parts Advisor. This role can either be a permanent contract or a temp to perm after 12 successful weeks’ placement.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying and locating the correct lawnmower and garden equipment parts. This role involves providing expert advice on parts compatibility (training to be given), processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers over the phone, and online with parts inquiries.
- Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer needs.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
- B 2 B and B 2 C parts website admin.
- Process sales transactions using our premier stock system.
- Prepare invoices, quotes
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Hard working individual with a strong work ethic
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30am to 5:00pm
Pay:
- £12.21 per hour
