We have an immediate opportunity available to join our client as an administrator (part time).
This position will start following successful interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide management reports on food safety audits
- Compile relevant information into PowerPoint for presentations
- Present at a monthly company presentation with key updates on BRCGS regulations
- Handle daily/weekly/monthly compliance and report findings back to the operations team
- Briefing and reminding staff members of relevant BRCGS policies
- Carry out general administrative duties to support operational teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration
- Computer literate (comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
Shift Timings
- 16 hours per week
- Suitable for candidates looking for school hours. Working hours can be split across the week and negotiable at interview stage
Pay
- £11.50 per hour
