Claims and Customer Service Agent

Hours: Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays

Works on a Rota – Monday to Friday Week 1 – 8am to 5pm and Week 2 – 9am to 6pm

Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am to 12pm

Location: Warrington

Salary: Up to £23k

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Load any new claims in accordance with SLA
  • Contacting and booking in customers
  • Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars
  • Keeping correct and up to date activity records on our company database
  • Dealing with Customer queries and accurately recording all information
  • Obtaining customer images
  • To appropriately deal and escalate any sign of customer dissatisfaction

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and be self-motivated
  • Well organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Upbeat and friendly personality
  • IT literate

Ideally:

  • Claims experience
  • Motor insurance/body shop experience
  • Contact centre experience
  • Knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System an advantage but not essential
