Administrator

Join our client’s warehouse team in Ashby De la Zouch as an Administrator, starting in September. This 12-month, office-based contract offers stability, set working hours, and the chance to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You’ll take responsibility for managing key warehouse processes, ensuring smooth handling of inbound and outbound goods. Your organisation and attention to detail will help drive the team’s performance and keep operations running efficiently.

What’s in it for you?

  • Earning £469.68 per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Fixed schedule of 08:00-16:00
  • Full Training provided.

Your Role:

  • Liaise daily with client stakeholders and warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
  • Resolve picking and inbound issues quickly and effectively.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including booking deliveries, creating and printing labels and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and printing orders.
  • Organise shipping for customer collections and set daily priorities for the warehouse team

What you’ll need:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications other office systems
  • Good working knowledge in WMS, ideally Blue Yonder
  • General knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
