At award-winning Aligra, we are looking for a recruitment co-ordinator to support our Hinckley branch with the management of a key industrial client.
This role will be split across the clients site and the high street branch, the successful candidate must be able to drive.
Aligra have continued to grow year on year with further ambitious expansion plans in place. We have enviable low levels of staff turnover, therefore this position suits someone whoâs looking to grow within a recruitment business.
To thrive in this role, youâll be customer focused, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.
Hours â 5:45am â 2:30pm Monday to Friday (Occasional weekend work during peak periods)

What Youâll Do as a Recruitment Account Coordinator:
In this dynamic role, youâll be at the forefront of helping candidates find the best job opportunities, solving problems, and enhancing the overall candidate experience and working environment. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Fulfill Staffing Requirements:Â Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs to meet client deadlines.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for workers.
- Work Under Pressure: Efficiently supply temporary workers in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Administrative Processes: Handle administrative tasks, including managing absences and processing change requests.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all requirements and maintain secure records for audit purposes.
- Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for both clients and workers by promptly addressing any queries.
