Production Operative – South Wales (Bridgend Area)
Full-time | Day & Evening Shifts | £520+ per week (40 hours)

What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately packing coffee beans into bags and boxes
- Applying labels and ensuring products meet quality standards
- Operating packaging machinery safely and following health & safety protocols
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Helping the team meet daily production targets and quality checks
- Following strict hygiene practices within a food manufacturing setting
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in food production or packing roles advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to work shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to commute to South Wales or relocate if necessary
