Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, supporting invoicing and reporting activities
- Handle incoming calls professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette at all times
- Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes to facilitate clear communication
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to boost productivity and maintain a positive work environment
- Process inbound sales orders from multiple channels (phone, email, customer portals) and take ownership through to invoicing
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with stationery and supplies, managing vendors and services as necessary

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable
