Administrator / Office Assistant – Bristol
Full-time | Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays | 39 hours per week
£490 per week (£12.21 per hour) | 09:30 – 18:00

Are you a proactive administrator with excellent customer service skills? Based in vibrant Bristol, this full-time role offers the chance to join a busy office supporting smooth business operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are highly organised, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Have you worked for British solar Renewables, KND Truck Services, Atlantic Recycling, or similar high-volume customer service employers? If so, you’ll feel right at home with us!

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, managing enquiries efficiently
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Prepare and process documentation with attention to detail
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an admin or assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and confident telephone manner
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work some Saturdays if required
