Refuse Loader / Waste Collection Operative – Cardiff

What You Get:
- Consistent weekly pay of around £460 (based on 40 hours) with potential overtime available

What You’ll Do:
- Collect household waste and recycling from residential areas, ensuring timely and safe collections
- Load bins safely and efficiently onto collection vehicles following all health and safety protocols
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, communicating any changes promptly
- Support the driver and team members to maintain smooth operations
What You Need:
- Good physical fitness to handle manual lifting and outdoor work
- Reliability and punctuality to keep operations running smoothly
- A positive, cooperative attitude and team spirit
- Previous waste collection experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
