Community Enforcement Officer – Cardiff

What we offer:
- £14.13 per hour (£565 per week based on 40 hours), plus paid overtime
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:45 – early starts, early finish
- Full training and ongoing support to help you succeed
- A varied role where you’ll be out in the community every day

Your role:
- Patrol designated areas to enforce local laws and maintain community standards
- Work closely with colleagues, residents, and local police to resolve issues
- Educate the public on waste and litter regulations
- Prepare clear, detailed reports on your findings and actions
- Respond professionally and swiftly to concerns raised
What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage tricky situations calmly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of local laws is helpful but not essential – full training provided
- Full UK driving licence required for some roles
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
