Job description:

Admin & Data Entry Assistant – Magor (Temp to Perm)

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a rewarding admin role with a supportive company?

Aligra is recruiting for a reliable Admin & Data Entry Assistant to join a leading logistics firm in Magor. This is a temp to perm position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00, or Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00 providing a consistent early shift schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately inputting data into company systems with high attention to detail
  • Managing and organising electronic and paper records efficiently
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Assisting with reporting and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
  • Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven admin or data entry experience, ideally in logistics or related sectors
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
