Temp to Perm | £476 per week | 39 Hours | 5 on / 3 off rota | Weekly Pay

We’re looking for enthusiastic Driver’s Mates and Warehouse Operatives to support daily logistics operations in the Pontypridd and South Wales area. This role is ideal if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working as part of a friendly team, and want to build your career in warehousing and distribution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting drivers with safe loading and unloading of deliveries
- Picking and packing goods accurately to meet client needs
- Handling regular heavy lifting and manual warehouse tasks
- Keeping your workspace clean and compliant with health and safety rules
- Communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and able to manage regular heavy lifting
- Good communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude
- Previous warehouse or picking experience desirable but not essential
- Reliable and happy to work the 5 on / 3 off rota
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment
