What We Offer:
- £18.00 per hour (£720 per week based on 40 hours). Overtime paid at time and a half.
- Sign-On Bonus: £500 (T&Cs apply).
- Monday to Friday, with AM (5am–1pm) and PM (12.30pm–7pm) shifts available.
- Guaranteed hours, holiday pay, dedicated account manager, immediate start, and free onsite parking.
What We Need From You:
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 licence (minimum 6 months).
- Digital tachograph and CPC cards.
- At least 90 days of recent HGV Class 2 driving experience (within last 6 months).
- Ability to safely drive and operate refuse collection lorries.
- Experience in waste and recycling is advantageous but not essential.
- Professional work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
- Collect refuse from residential and commercial premises across Oxford.
- Assist with manual handling of wheelie bins alongside loaders.
- Maintain safety awareness on the road and operate vehicles responsibly.
