Key responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases with strong attention to detail.
  • Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting in report and presentation preparation.
  • Coordinating office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies at all times.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable with a professional attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
