Our client, a foremost designer and manufacturer in the UK timber frame sector, is recruiting Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team in Witney. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a safety-focused, quality-driven environment where your skills are valued and developed.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive pay: £504 per week (based on 40 hours), with overtime paid at £18.90 per hour (£756 per week potential)
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm

What you’ll be doing:
- Manufacturing timber frame components to high safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the manufacturing team
- Accurately recording production data and reporting any health, safety, or equipment issues
- Following training and company procedures to maintain excellent product standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in production, joinery, or timber frame work is beneficial but not essential
- Good practical skills and confidence working with your hands
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret technical drawings are advantageous
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not required
