Sales Administrator – Calne, Wiltshire

At Aligra, on behalf of a well-established client, we’re recruiting a Sales Administrator to support smooth sales operations near Calne, Wiltshire. This role is ideal if you enjoy handling customer enquiries, updating quote and order databases, and being a key part of a supportive team.

What’s on offer:
• Salary: £24,760 per annum (£476 per week based on 40 hours)
• Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:00 – 16:00 Friday
• Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

Key responsibilities:
• Managing inbound sales and customer service calls
• Chasing enquiries and following up on outstanding quotes/orders
• Maintaining quote and order databases accurately
• Liaising with internal departments for smooth order processing
• Performing ad-hoc admin tasks to support sales operations
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in sales administration or customer service
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and keen to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
