Generator Service Engineer – (Iraq Based Project)
Are you an experienced SC Cleared Generator Service Engineer looking for an exciting overseas role? This opportunity offers an attractive salary with generous bonuses and location allowances whilst working on prime power generators. Have you worked for Rolls-Royce, Aggreko or Caterpillar? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re seeking skilled engineers with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience on 500KVA+ generators.
What We Offer:
£75,000 package + £6,000 annual bonus
Competitive salary equivalent to £1,139.50 per week (inclusive of overtime and location allowances, subject to UK tax)
Generous annual bonus recognising work in a challenging environment (pro-rated if leaving early)
12 weeks on, 3 weeks off rotation – with flexible working hours (typically 6 days, 8am to 5:30pm)

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Accredited trade qualification (City & Guilds or higher) with proven experience on prime power generators
Exceptional diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical components
Perform planned and reactive maintenance to strict deadlines
Lead toolbox talks and deliver pre-shift briefings
Apply excellent health, safety and environmental practices in line with UK legislation
Valid Security Clearance preferred (SC or DV), UK nationality required with a minimum 5-year footprint in the UK
